Complimentary Service

This Wi‑Fi service is provided exclusively for registered guests of Aikya Hospitality and is complimentary during your stay.

Voucher Validity

Your Wi‑Fi voucher is valid only until your scheduled check‑out time. After check‑out, Internet access will be automatically revoked.

Guest Information & Privacy

For security, operational, and legal purposes, Aikya Hospitality may record your device information, including but not limited to your device MAC address, IP address, login time, logout time, and other connection details. This information is handled in accordance with applicable laws and is used only for security and operational purposes.

Personal Use Only

Your Wi‑Fi voucher is intended for your personal use and may only be shared with guests included in the same booking. Sharing your voucher with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

Device Limit

Aikya Hospitality monitors the number of devices connected under each booking. Access may be restricted if the permitted number of devices is exceeded.

Misuse of Service

Any misuse of the Wi‑Fi service, including unauthorized sharing of voucher credentials, illegal activities, or attempts to compromise the network, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Internet access without prior notice.

Compliance with Law

Guests must use the Internet responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Any unlawful activity conducted using this network remains the sole responsibility of the user.

Right to Restrict Access

Aikya Hospitality reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict Wi‑Fi access at its sole discretion in cases of policy violations, security concerns, or misuse.
